Notice of claimed infringement
Send a written notice that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (3) the material you say infringes and where we can find it; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice
If we remove content you posted and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, send: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and phone, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found) and to accept service from the complainant. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
We will end the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe, in appropriate circumstances.
