CLIPSYNC is a brand of getrobur LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Scope and present service
This policy covers CLIPSYNC website requests and, when features launch, the service. Today we collect order and demo form submissions, business type and referral attribution. Upload processing, publishing, payments and automated deletion are not connected.
Categories and sources
You provide contact identifiers (name, email, phone), business details, delivery address and request information. We save business-type-based Brand DNA and your consent wording, version, locale, timestamp and page URL. When connected, accounts provide account identifiers, payment providers supply transaction status and connected social platforms supply authorized channel information. When processing launches, footage may include images and voices of people, products and prices. Essential technical information may be processed by hosting for delivery and security.
Purposes and AI processing
We use information to respond to requests, arrange orders, document consent, prevent misuse and comply with applicable obligations. When processing launches, authorized footage is sent to selected AI providers to prepare your requested content. When channels, payments or email/SMS providers are connected, data is used only for the corresponding authorized service. See Subprocessors for provider categories and connection status.
Service providers
Cloud database and hosting currently support the site and requests. AI model, payment and email/SMS providers will process necessary data only when connected; none is represented as connected today. Specific providers, purposes and relevant updates will be listed before connection.
Footage and privacy defaults
When processing launches, customer face blur and bystander voice muting are product defaults. Review the result: these controls do not replace your recording and consent obligations. When processing and deletion launch, raw footage is deleted 24 hours after upload with notification and an opportunity to download first. Finished Reels and posts stay in the account. No biometric identification capability is represented.
Showcase, credit and handles
If you use Showcase we store your public social handles and your consent record, and we publish the featured item and credit on CLIPSYNC's channels. We do not collect handles for any other purpose. You can withdraw in settings.
Face detection and price detection
When these features launch, face detection finds where faces are in a frame in order to blur them. It does not identify who anyone is and we do not store face templates. Frames sampled to read prices are temporary and follow the raw-footage deletion schedule. Detected prices are shown to you for confirmation before use.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Authorized disclosure to service providers to deliver a requested service is described here. No advertising trackers are installed by this site.
Sensitive information
Do not submit sensitive personal data, private-area recordings, financial credentials or information you are not authorized to share. Footage may incidentally contain sensitive material; avoid filming it and review content. We do not use sensitive information to infer personal characteristics or for unrelated advertising.
Retention schedule
Order and demo requests: while needed to handle the request and legitimate compliance needs; a fixed schedule awaits owner confirmation. Consent records: while needed to demonstrate the recorded permission and comply with law; schedule awaits confirmation. Raw footage: 24 hours after upload when processing/deletion launch. Finished Reels/posts: retained in your account when accounts launch until deletion is requested, subject to applicable obligations. Essential language preference: until cleared or changed. Temporary receipt: for the browser tab session. Legal/security records: only as reasonably required by applicable obligations; exceptions do not authorize unrelated use. Showcase consent records: while needed to document permission and comply with law. Featured items: until withdrawn.
Your rights and request method
Depending on applicable law, you may request to know/access, delete or correct your information, opt out of sale/sharing and exercise rights without discrimination. Submit a request through the website contact form or the privacy email once confirmed. We verify identity proportionately; authorized agents may submit proof of authority. We respond within 45 days for applicable CCPA/CPRA requests, with any permitted extension explained within the initial period. No sensitive identity documents should be sent in the public form.
Cookies, browser storage and Global Privacy Control
The landing site installs no analytics or advertising cookies. It uses essential local browser storage for language preference and session storage for a temporary non-personal order receipt. Hosting may use essential security/session mechanisms. We do not use GPC signals to expand data use: because there is no sale/sharing or advertising analytics, no opt-out action is presently needed. If such tools are introduced, we will update disclosures and honor applicable GPC and consent requirements before activation.
Age, security and transfers
The service is not intended for people under 18. Contact us if information from a minor was submitted. We use access controls and restricted public reads for request/consent data; no security method is absolute. Hosting or future authorized providers may process data outside your state or country, subject to applicable protections. Provider locations and transfer arrangements must be confirmed before new services are connected.
Contact and changes
Use the website contact form for privacy questions and rights requests. Verified privacy contact information will appear when supplied. Material policy changes will be disclosed and the updated date revised.
External resources
Google Fonts delivers the website font; hosted image and video services deliver the displayed media. Requests to these services can include your IP address and browser information for delivery. They are not advertising or analytics integrations.
