Who can take part
Paying or trialing CLIPSYNC customers in good standing (the "Referrer") may invite another business (the "Friend") using their personal link or code.
What the Friend gets
A Friend who is a new business and signs up through a valid link or code can buy the Glasses for $179 when starting the Monthly plan (instead of $179), or receives the Glasses included free with the Annual plan. Israeli amounts will be shown at checkout once confirmed.
What the Referrer gets
One free pair of Glasses for each Friend, after the Friend's first paid invoice has cleared and has not been refunded or disputed (for the Monthly plan, the first paid invoice after the free period; for the Annual plan, 30 days after the payment settles). Reward pairs have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are shipped under our Shipping Policy. We may need your tax information if rewards exceed legal reporting thresholds; the value of rewards may be taxable to you. [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM: US reporting threshold and Israeli tax treatment.]
Limits
No more than 5 reward pairs per Referrer per calendar year. A Friend must be a new customer: the same person, business, email, payment card, device, phone or delivery address as the Referrer or an existing customer does not qualify. Only the first valid code used at signup counts.
How you may promote
Be truthful, do not spam, and do not send unsolicited commercial messages in breach of law (including CAN-SPAM and anti-spam laws). Disclose your relationship with CLIPSYNC (for example, that you get a reward) when you promote publicly, as the FTC Endorsement Guides require. Do not use paid ads on our brand terms, impersonate CLIPSYNC, or make claims about results we do not make.
Fraud and changes
We may refuse, cancel or claw back rewards that result from fraud, self-referral, abuse or breach of these terms. We may change or end the program at any time; changes do not affect rewards already earned and cleared. Our decisions on eligibility are final to the extent the law allows. This program does not pay for recruiting members and does not require the Friend to buy anything other than the plan and Glasses they choose.
