CLIPSYNC is a brand of getrobur LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Eligibility and current availability
CLIPSYNC is for business use by people aged 18 or older with authority to act for their business. The website currently accepts order and demo requests. Payments, accounts, footage processing, publishing and automated deletion are not connected; the descriptions below apply when each feature launches.
Accounts and service
When accounts launch, provide accurate details, keep credentials secure and report unauthorized access through the contact form. The glasses record point-of-view footage. When processing launches, Autopilot prepares up to 5 Reels and 10 posts per morning, depending on footage, with captions, price-tag detection, voiceover and Brand DNA; fair use is up to 60 useful minutes per day. Publishing requires connected channels and your approval.
Glasses, billing and automatic renewal
Glasses cost $179 one-time, or $99 with the annual plan. When payments launch and you authorize activation: the monthly plan is $79/month with the first month free, requires a card on file and renews automatically every month until canceled; the annual plan is $790/year and renews automatically every year until canceled. Prices in USD, plus applicable sales tax. No charge is made and no subscription starts at request time. Payment timing and the free-period start date will be confirmed before authorization.
Cancellation
No contract; cancel any time. When account settings launch, cancel there, or request cancellation through the website contact form before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the current paid period. Refund and mandatory consumer rights are addressed in the Returns and Warranty policy.
Recording and platform responsibilities
You must have rights to record and upload footage, post any required recording notice, obtain legally required consents and follow platform terms. Bystander audio and consent rules vary by state. Never record in restrooms, changing rooms or other private areas. Do not upload confidential or unlawfully obtained material.
AI output and approval
When processing launches, AI output may contain factual, price, caption or other mistakes. Review and correct it, obtain required permissions and approve each item before publication. No reach, sales, revenue or other results are guaranteed.
Merchant content license
You retain rights in your content. When processing launches, you grant a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process and adapt submitted content solely to provide the requested service, including through service providers. This is not an unrestricted advertising license. You must have rights to grant it. Featuring your content on CLIPSYNC's own channels is covered only by the separate optional Showcase terms.
CLIPSYNC Showcase (optional, when it launches)
Showcase is optional and off unless you turn it on for an item or for all items you approve. When you turn it on, you grant the operator of CLIPSYNC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display and distribute that finished video or post, with your name, business name and social handle as credit, on CLIPSYNC's own websites and social media accounts to promote CLIPSYNC. We may add CLIPSYNC branding and captions and make technical edits such as cropping or compression, but we will not otherwise change the meaning of your content or use it in paid advertising aimed at others without asking you again. You can withdraw at any time in settings; we will remove the item from CLIPSYNC's own channels within 7 days. Withdrawal does not affect copies already shared by others, and the license ends for new uses on withdrawal. You keep ownership of your content. You confirm you have the right to grant this license, that the content does not infringe anyone's rights, and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed or is not identifiable. Showcase never includes music you added, and price tags are removed from the Showcase version. We do not pay for Showcase, and any benefit we offer will be disclosed. Instagram, TikTok and other platforms have their own terms, and featuring is subject to them. If a platform or the law requires us to remove content, we may do so. Raw footage is never used for Showcase.
CLIPSYNC credit and branding
Content prepared with CLIPSYNC may include a small CLIPSYNC credit: a last line in the suggested caption (for example 'Filmed with CLIPSYNC glasses' and #clipsync), and a short end card at the end of Reels. This is on by default and you can turn it off in settings at any time. You can edit any caption before you post it.
Automatic face blur, price detection and AI limits
When these features launch, customer faces are blurred automatically and prices are read from your footage by AI. Face blur is detection only: it does not identify anyone, does not use face recognition and does not keep face templates. Automatic blur can miss small, angled, partly hidden or poorly lit faces, so review every item before you share it and do not rely on it as your only privacy measure. Detected prices are suggestions: you must confirm each price before it appears in a video, and you are responsible for the prices and offers you publish. AI output can contain mistakes. Nothing is published without your approval.
Music and voice
Items are prepared without music added by CLIPSYNC. If you add music in Instagram, TikTok or another app, you are responsible for having the right to use it under that platform's terms. AI voiceovers use stock voices; we do not clone voices. CLIPSYNC does not grant rights in any third-party music, and AI-generated music is not offered unless and until we have the written rights to provide it.
Publishing during the pilot
During the pilot, publishing is manual: you download or share the finished item from your phone and post it yourself. Automated publishing to Instagram, TikTok or Facebook is offered only after the relevant platform approvals and your connection of each channel.
Boost advertising
When Boost launches, you choose and authorize the ad budget. Ad spend is separate from the subscription and is billed by the ad platform. Platform approval and policies apply; reach and outcomes are not guaranteed. Boost is not connected today.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
No illegal content, exploitation, harassment, deceptive ads, infringement, malware, attempts to access others' data or interference with the service. See Acceptable Use. CLIPSYNC software, design and branding remain the rights of their respective owners; no ownership transfers with access to the service.
DMCA notice and takedown
Report alleged infringement through the contact form until a designated DMCA agent is confirmed. Include your signature, the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, contact details, a good-faith statement of lack of authorization and a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury. An eligible counter-notice includes your signature, material removed and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of mistake or misidentification, and consent to applicable federal court jurisdiction and service. Notices and counter-notices will be handled under applicable law; repeat infringement may result in termination when accounts launch. A registered agent has not yet been confirmed.
Raw footage and completed content
When processing and deletion launch, raw footage is deleted from servers 24 hours after upload. A notification and download opportunity come first. Finished Reels and posts remain in your account. Do not rely on the service as your only archive. See Privacy for other retention categories and legally required exceptions.
Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness or non-infringement. This does not exclude express hardware warranty commitments or rights that cannot legally be excluded. See Returns and Warranty; the provisional hardware warranty requires owner confirmation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any enforceable aggregate liability limit is proposed as fees paid to CLIPSYNC in the preceding 12 months. Fraud, willful misconduct and liabilities that cannot legally be limited are excluded from these limits. These draft limits require attorney confirmation.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify CLIPSYNC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, infringement or misuse, with prompt notice and a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defense. No settlement imposing obligations on you may be made without your consent. This draft allocation requires attorney confirmation.
US disputes: attorney-review proposal
First contact us through the website contact form for informal resolution for 30 days. Proposed US provision, subject to attorney confirmation: unresolved disputes would proceed to individual binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, with no class or representative actions, except eligible small-claims proceedings and remedies that cannot be waived. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting the Terms by contacting us with your name, account email and a statement opting out. No arbitration administrator, rules, venue or fee allocation has been finalized; this draft is not a representation that an operational arbitration program exists.
Governing law and changes
A governing-law state will be displayed only after the owner confirms it. Mandatory rights and laws that cannot be waived continue to apply. Material changes will be notified before taking effect when accounts launch; the updated date and document version identify this draft. Changes do not retroactively erase consent or mandatory rights.
